Our production time for custom-made pieces is subject to change during peak seasons.

Once your order is processed and shipped, the following estimated transit times will apply:

United States:

  • Standard Shipping: 3-6 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1 business day

Canada:

  • Standard Shipping: 2-6 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1 business day

United Kingdom:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-9 business days
  • Express Shipping: 2 business days

Australia:

  • Standard Shipping: 7-11 business days
  • Express Shipping: 4 business days

Germany:

  • Standard Shipping: 6-10 business days
  • Express Shipping: 2 business days

Other Countries

For countries not listed above, detailed transit times and shipping upgrade options will be provided at checkout. Please review these options carefully to choose the best shipping method for your location.

  • Processing Time + Transit Time = Estimated Arrival Date
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your package is shipped.

International Orders

Please note that international transit times may vary due to customs clearance or other factors outside of our control. Customers are responsible for any duty fees, taxes, or customs charges issued by their respective countries. We recommend contacting your local customs office for further information on import regulations.

Cancellations & Returns

At MewoCreations, every tattoo is handcrafted and custom-made just for you. Because each order is created specifically to your design, we have the following policies in place to ensure clarity and fairness. 

All custom and personalized items are final sale. Once an order is placed, we are unable to accept cancellations, returns or exchanges.

Please review all design details carefully before submitting your order. If you have any questions or would like assistance with your design, our team is always happy to help before production begins.

If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Please note: We are unable to offer refunds or replacements for damage caused by misuse, improper application, or normal wear after delivery.
